Some samples of the menu include Portobello mushroom stuffed with caramelized onions, artichokes, spinach and mozzarella, Mussels sauted with garlic, white wine, chopped tomatoes and fresh herb, Chicken Fiore sauteed with artichokes, mushrooms and roasted potatoes in a sherry demi glace, Shrimp Risotto sauteed with garlic, white wine and lobster broth with pesto risotto and spinach, Pork Tenderloin herb rubbed and grilled with a burgundy wine sauce, mashed potatoes and broccoli as well as a complete wine list to compliment your dinner and many delicious desserts to top off your meal.

At Fiore we have catered many parties and would be happy to sit with you to plan your next special occassion. Whether we offer our suggestions or listen to your ideas, we can certainly make sure the food is delicious and the workload is our responsibility.
